• We will always notify you before proceeding with any additional work.

4. Warranty & Liability

• Most parts and labor come with a standard 12-month or 20,000 km warranty, unless otherwise stated.

• Warranty coverage is void if unauthorized repairs are made elsewhere after service.

• House of Cars is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from repairs or delays.

5. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, and cash.

• Returned cheques or chargebacks may incur additional fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• It is your responsibility to provide accurate vehicle information and inform us of any known issues.

• You agree not to leave personal valuables in the vehicle. House of Cars is not liable for lost or stolen items.
